Chris’ journey began pushing dolly for other operators within the narrative world. This is what sparked his interest in steadicam and has been a driving point in his career. He taken the good and bad of every operator that’s sat on his dolly to implement into his own work. Every scene he’s spotted another operator he’s taken note of their footwork, and how they communicated with the crew around them. He’s fallen in love with being in the room the actions happening in and the pressure that comes with hitting your marks.
